The Will

The senses
will still refine
flavor
in most
rancid wine

and the mind
can yet distill
iron
in the weakest
will

the heart
can also swift
surmise
the truth
within a mire
of lies

and so life
dogged
in every breath
finds the dauntless
in the face
of death
